Who may be able to join
- People who have had a spinal cord injury for at least 1 year, of any level or severity
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People assessed by a clinical psychologist as having mild to moderate depression, based on a specific standardised interview tool
- People who are on a stable, consistent dose of medication for depression
Who may not be able to join

- People who are experiencing thoughts of suicide
- People with a history of an eating disorder
- People who have previously been diagnosed with cardiovascular (heart or blood vessel) disease
