- You speak Cantonese or Mandarin and have been diagnosed with breast, colorectal, or gynaecological cancer that can be cured.
- You finished your main cancer treatment (not including hormone therapy) within the last two years.
- You have mild to moderate sleep problems, as measured by a standard sleep quality questionnaire called the PSQI (with a score between 6 and 11).
Who may not be able to join:
- Your cancer has spread to other parts of your body (metastatic cancer).
- You currently have a diagnosed mental health or psychiatric condition.
- You currently have another diagnosed sleep condition (confirm with trial site).
- You have already received a psychological or talking therapy specifically to help with sleep problems.
