Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 85 years old (inclusive), either male or female
- Your body mass index (a measure of body weight relative to height) is below 35 kg/m²
- You understand what the study involves, are willing to take part, and can sign a consent form
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test before starting and must not be breastfeeding during the study
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, or a man whose partner could become pregnant, you must agree to use contraception and not donate eggs or sperm from the time of signing the consent form until 3 months after your last dose of the trial drug
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a known or suspected condition (inherited, infiltrative, or storage-related) that causes the heart muscle to thicken (confirm with trial site)
- You have episodes of irregular heart rhythms (atrial flutter or atrial fibrillation) with symptoms that were picked up at your screening appointment
- You have fainted or had a serious fast heart rhythm problem (sustained ventricular tachycardia) in the 6 months before screening
- You have taken part in another clinical trial for a drug or medical device within the 3 months before screening
- The trial doctor believes, for any other reason, that the trial is not appropriate for you
