Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are over 18 years old
- You have been diagnosed with chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps, confirmed using an international standard set of diagnostic criteria
- You have nasal polyps visible in both nostrils when examined with a small camera (endoscope)
- Your nasal polyps score higher than 5 on a standard measurement scale used by doctors
- Your sinus and nasal symptom score (called SNOT-22) is higher than 30 out of 110 at the start of the study
- You and your doctor have decided that biologic therapy (a type of targeted medication given by injection) is the right treatment for your condition
- You are able to receive all 3 of the biologic medications used in this trial
- You have been using a nasal steroid spray (mometasone or a similar spray) at least once daily for at least 1 month before joining the trial
Who may not be able to join:
- You are unwilling or unable to give written consent or follow the study requirements
- You have had sinus surgery within the past 6 months
- You have taken steroid tablets or liquid by mouth within the past 30 days
- Your blood IgE level (a marker measured in a blood test) is outside the range needed to safely dose one of the study medications (omalizumab)
- You have another condition such as eczema, chronic hives, or another illness that already requires you to be on a specific biologic medication
- You are currently pregnant or plan to become pregnant within 6 months of joining the trial
- You have previously been treated with any of the 3 biologic medications used in this trial
- You have cystic fibrosis, a condition called CVID (a immune system disorder), or a condition affecting how the tiny hairs in your airways move (ciliary dyskinesia)
- You have certain inflammatory conditions affecting multiple parts of the body, such as GPA, EGPA, sarcoidosis, or lupus (confirm with trial site)
- You have any other health problems, physical exam findings, or abnormal test results that the trial doctor believes could put you at risk or affect the study results
