Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are a parent or caregiver aged 18 or older of a child who has been referred by a primary care doctor to see a sleep specialist or ear, nose, and throat (ENT) doctor for a possible sleep breathing problem
- Your child is between 2 and 11 years old (up to but not including their 12th birthday)
- You have a working phone and are willing to take part in the study for 12 months after joining
