Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 and over
- People who have been diagnosed with Ischemia with Non-Obstructive Coronary Arteries (INOCA) — a heart condition where there are signs of reduced blood flow to the heart, but the main heart arteries are not significantly blocked — confirmed through a CT scan or a procedure that looks inside the arteries
Who may not be able to join:
- People who scored a perfect 100 on a heart symptom questionnaire called the Seattle Angina Questionnaire, meaning they have no angina-related limitations or symptoms
- People who are not able to walk or move around independently
- People who are pregnant
- People with moderate or severe difficulties with memory or thinking
- People who are not able or not willing to give their consent to participate
- People who are currently incarcerated
- People who are not able to use a mobile health (mHealth) app on a smartphone or similar device
- People with severe osteoarthritis, or who have had a joint replacement surgery within the past 3 months
- People with Parkinson's disease or other conditions that affect movement
- People who regularly use a walker to get around
- People with a life expectancy of less than 12 months
- People where the treating doctor has concerns about safety or the likelihood of being able to follow the trial requirements
- People who are not able to read and communicate in English, as the app used in this trial is currently only available in English
