Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older who have been diagnosed with combined hepatocellular-cholangiocarcinoma (a type of liver cancer) confirmed by a tissue or cell sample test
- People with this cancer that cannot be surgically removed or has spread, who have already received at least one previous treatment (local, systemic, or both), and who have at least one measurable area of cancer on imaging scans
- People with an expected survival time of at least 3 months

Who may not be able to join:
- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or of childbearing age who are unwilling or unable to use effective contraception
- People who have had another type of cancer in the past five years, unless that cancer was fully treated and has shown no signs of returning for at least five years before the first dose, and is considered low risk for coming back
- People with a prior diagnosis of a very early-stage cancer (carcinoma in situ) that has been fully treated and shows no current signs of disease
- People who have had gastrointestinal bleeding or a significant bleeding problem in the past six months, including known active stomach ulcers or blood detected in stool tests
- People who have had a major organ transplant or bone marrow transplant within the past two years, or who currently have an autoimmune disease requiring ongoing medical treatment
- People whose medical records or test results are incomplete, missing, or of poor quality, or who are considered unsuitable for the trial for other reasons at the judgment of the trial doctor
