Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) based on recognised 2016 diagnostic guidelines
• You are between 18 and 65 years old
• You are able to read and write
• You are willing to participate and have signed a voluntary consent form

Who may not be able to join:

• You are younger than 18 or older than 65 years old
• You have a disorder affecting your balance or inner ear (vestibular disorder)
• You have had surgery on your spine or limbs (such as your back, hip, knee, or foot) in the last 6 months
• You have had an amputation of any part of your leg or foot
• You have a condition that affects the shape or structure of your spine (such as scoliosis or similar) (confirm with trial site)
• You have a disease affecting the blood vessels in your legs (peripheral arterial disease)
• You have a Vitamin B12 deficiency
• You have a neurological condition such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, or a brain tumour
• You have serious heart or lung problems (classified as stage 3 or 4) (confirm with trial site)
• You have high blood pressure or diabetes that is not well controlled
• You have an inflammatory disease, cancer, or an active infection
• You are pregnant
