Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People who have at least one cyst on the pancreas measuring 5mm or larger, identified through CT scan and internal ultrasound, OR people who are healthy with no pancreatic condition, OR people who have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer confirmed by a tissue sample test
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have not provided signed written consent to participate
- People whose other health conditions make it unsafe for them to have an endoscopy (a procedure using a flexible camera tube)
- People who have a metal stent (a small tube used to keep passages open) placed in the liver, bile duct, or pancreas area at the time of their initial CT scan
- People who have inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis) at the time of their initial scan
- People who have had pancreatic surgery performed at the trial department at the time of their initial scan
- People who have had their spleen removed
- People whose alcohol intake is above a certain level — more than 20g per day (or 140g per week) for men, or more than 10g per day (or 70g per week) for women (confirm with trial site for how this is measured)
