Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are over 18 years old
- You are covered by a social security or health insurance scheme
- You have been diagnosed with Sjögren's syndrome according to recognised medical criteria (ACR/EULAR 2016 or AECG 2002)
- You have regular check-ups for your Sjögren's syndrome at least once a year
- You have been experiencing fatigue for 6 months or longer that has no clear explanation and is not being treated, and your fatigue score on a standard questionnaire (called FACIT-F) is below 34
- You have been fully informed about the study and have signed a consent form agreeing to take part
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a pre-existing irregular heart rhythm (atrial fibrillation) or serious problems with your heart's electrical system
- You have had a stroke or heart attack in the last 6 months
- Your heart's pumping function is significantly reduced, or you have severe heart failure
- You have repeated episodes of fainting (vasovagal syncope), or have previously had a surgical procedure cutting a nerve called the vagus nerve
- You have skin problems in the area where the treatment electrodes would be placed on your body
- You are currently experiencing a blood clot in a vein or artery
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are under a legal protection order, curatorship, or guardianship
- You are unable or unwilling to understand and sign the consent form, or to attend the follow-up appointments required by the study
