Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are over 18 years of age
- People who have been clinically diagnosed with a bile duct cancer (either inside the liver, near the liver's main ducts, or further along the duct), gallbladder cancer, or a mixed liver and bile duct cancer, and who are planned to have surgery
- People with bile duct or gallbladder cancer that has been confirmed by a tissue or cell sample, who are planned to receive treatment aimed at managing the disease rather than curing it
- People who have been clinically diagnosed with liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) who are planned to have surgery, a procedure to destroy the tumour, or a procedure to block its blood supply
- People with liver cancer who are planned to receive systemic (whole-body) treatment and whose cancer has been confirmed by a tissue or cell sample, or whose liver lesion meets a specific high-suspicion imaging classification called LI-RADS 5 (confirm with trial site)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are under 18 years of age
- People who have serious other health conditions
- People who are unable to understand the information provided about the study
