Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with primary liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma, or HCC), either through clinical assessment or confirmed by tissue testing
- People whose liver tumor measures more than 10 cm across on medical imaging taken before joining the trial
- People aged between 18 and 75 years
- People whose cancer has not spread into major blood vessels near the liver or to other parts of the body
- People who have had surgery to fully remove the liver tumor, with enough healthy liver tissue remaining afterward
- People whose liver function falls within an acceptable range, as measured by a score called the ALBI grade (grades I or II)

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose liver cancer has spread into major blood vessels or to other parts of the body
- People whose tumor measured 10 cm or less across on imaging before joining
- People whose liver cancer has come back after a previous occurrence (recurrent HCC)
- People who have other serious medical conditions alongside their liver cancer
- People who have high blood pressure in the liver's blood vessels (portal hypertension), including those with swollen veins in the food pipe or an enlarged spleen combined with a low platelet count
- People who have irregular heart rhythms that require medication to control
- People whose medical records are incomplete or who may not be able to attend follow-up appointments within the first three months
