Who may be able to join
- People who are 18 years of age or older.

- People with a diagnosed sleep disorder that is currently not being treated.
- People who drink more than 10 alcoholic drinks per week or who use drugs on a daily basis.
- People with vision problems.
- People under 18 years of age or who are not able to make decisions for themselves.
