Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have a confirmed diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (a type of liver cancer)
- People whose largest liver tumour is bigger than 7 cm
- People who have a tumour clot present in the main vein leading to the liver (as seen on medical imaging)
- People whose liver cancer has come back after a previous surgery to remove the tumour, or after a procedure to destroy it

- People who have already received certain liver-directed or systemic treatments, including TACE, HAIC, TAE, radiotherapy, or systemic cancer therapy
- People whose heart or kidneys are not functioning well enough to tolerate the treatments used in this trial
- People who have a history of another type of cancer
- People with an infection that cannot be controlled
- People with a history of HIV
- People who have previously had an organ or cell transplant
