Who may be able to join

  • Adults aged 18 years or older
  • People who are married, living together, or have been in a dating relationship for at least 12 months
  • People who are able to communicate fluently in English
  • People who are US citizens or permanent residents

  • People with a history of psychosis or mania
  • People who have previously used an app called the Healthy Minds Program
  • People who already have significant experience with meditation
  • Primary participants with severe hearing loss that would make it difficult to use an audio-based program
