Who might be able to join this trial:

• Children who are currently enrolled in elementary or middle school (grades 1 through 8)
• Children who are between 6 and 13 years old
• Children who are able to speak and read in English

Who may not be able to join:

• Children who have taken antibiotics in the past 3 months
• Children who have taken prebiotics, probiotics, or postbiotics (supplements that affect gut bacteria) in the past 3 months
• Children who have a food allergy to any of the foods used in the study, including any allergy to nuts or peanuts
• Children who have an allergy to chocolate or wheat
• Children who regularly eat nuts or peanuts more than 2 servings per week
• Children who have a digestive system condition such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome, or acid reflux, among others (confirm with trial site for the full list)
• Children who have a neurological condition such as multiple sclerosis, meningitis, or a recent stroke
• Children who have an uncontrolled hormone or gland condition, such as uncontrolled thyroid problems, growth hormone disorders, adrenal gland disorders, or poorly controlled diabetes
• Children who are known to be pregnant
