Who may be able to join
- People who are 18 years of age or older.
- People who have noticeable symptoms of an anxiety disorder (not including specific phobias) or depression, as measured by standard questionnaire scores above certain thresholds (confirm with trial site for specific score requirements).
- People who are proficient in the Danish language.
- People who are willing and able to give informed consent to participate.
- People who are either not taking antidepressant or anti-anxiety medication, or whose medication dose has remained the same for at least 6 weeks.

- People who are currently receiving another form of psychotherapy or counselling.
- People with a history of bipolar disorder.
- People who have experienced a psychotic episode, either currently or in the past.
- People with substance abuse or dependence that has been assessed as requiring treatment.
- People whose level of suicide risk requires immediate hospitalisation.
