Who may be able to join

  • People with ongoing chronic illnesses or bone/joint problems that could make it difficult to follow a diet and exercise programme
  • People with a personal history of eating disorders
  • People who are already engaged in competitive or very intense sport, or who would not be able to follow the study's exercise schedule
