Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are experiencing significant nasal blockage/stuffiness, rated at a moderate-to-severe level at the time of your initial screening and at the start of the study.
• You are willing and able to use contraception during the trial.

Who may not be able to join:

• You have not waited long enough since stopping certain previous treatments — for example, less than 10 weeks (or 5 half-lives, whichever is longer) since stopping certain targeted allergy medicines, less than 8 weeks since stopping certain biologic or immune-suppressing medicines, or less than 6 months since having sinus surgery or nasal polyp removal (confirm with trial site).
• You have a tumor (either cancerous or non-cancerous) in your nasal cavity.
• You have received a live vaccine (such as certain flu, shingles, or other vaccines) within 30 days before joining the trial, or you plan to receive one during the study period.
