Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) confirmed by biopsy and/or imaging scans
- Your liver tumor is 5 centimeters or larger
- The abnormal blood vessels inside your tumor are 3 millimeters or smaller in size
- Your liver function falls into a category called "Child-Pugh class A," meaning your liver is functioning relatively well (confirm with trial site)

- You are expected to live for more than 3 months
- You have read and signed a consent form showing you understand and agree to take part in the trial
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must currently not be pregnant
Who may not be able to join:
- Your liver cancer has spread into the hepatic veins (blood vessels leaving the liver), as seen on a CT or MRI scan
- There are signs of significant blood vessel involvement in the portal vein or hepatic vein on certain imaging scans
- You have had a procedure called TIPS (a shunt placed inside the liver to redirect blood flow)
- The abnormal blood vessels inside your tumor are larger than 3 millimeters
- Your liver cancer has spread into the main portal vein (the large blood vessel supplying the liver)
- You have a serious lung condition such as severe COPD or significant scarring of the lungs
- You have a biliary stent (a tube placed in your bile ducts) or a surgical connection between your bile ducts and intestine
