Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older, of any gender
- People who started HIV treatment (ART) at Mildmay clinic or another clinic within the past 2 months
- People who can speak and understand either English or Luganda
- People who own a mobile phone or have regular access to someone else's phone
- People who are willing to receive daily text messages for 6 months
- People who are willing and able to use a special pill device called a WisePill (provided by the trial) to track medication-taking throughout the study
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are not mentally able to give informed consent to participate
- People whose primary language is neither Luganda nor English
- People who are not willing to use the WisePill device consistently throughout the study
