Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are generally healthy with no significant medical conditions
- Adults between 18 and 65 years old
- People with a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 29.9, which falls in the normal to overweight range
- Both men and women are eligible
Who may not be able to join:
- People under 18 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with diabetes (either type 1 or type 2)

- People with a serious mental health condition that requires medication, such as antidepressants or anxiety medication
- People with an eating disorder
- People who have had major surgery or been hospitalised for a serious medical condition within the past year
- People who have lost more than 10% of their body weight in the past year
- People who are currently enrolled in a weight-loss program
- People who drink more than 10 standard alcoholic drinks per week or more than 2 standard alcoholic drinks per day, or who have an alcohol use disorder
- People who have a substance use disorder
- People who are not able to give informed consent to participate
- People who are currently participating in another clinical trial at the same time
