Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma, or HCC), confirmed either by a tissue sample or by clinical assessment
- People whose liver cancer cannot be treated with surgery or local treatments, or whose cancer has continued to grow after those treatments
- People whose liver cancer has not responded to at least one previous systemic (whole-body) cancer treatment

- People who test positive for a hepatitis B surface protein marker in their blood (HBsAg positive), indicating a hepatitis B infection
- People whose liver is functioning at a specific level, measured by a scoring system called Child-Pugh A (5–7 points) (confirm with trial site)
- People who are expected to live for at least one year
- People whose immune system has a specific genetic marker called HLA-A*02:01 or HLA-A*24:02 (this is determined by a blood test)
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose cancer has spread to the brain
- People who have a second active cancer at the time of enrolment, with some exceptions such as certain early-stage or non-invasive cancers (confirm with trial site for details)
- People currently receiving any other cancer treatment, including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy
- People who have taken part in another clinical trial or used an experimental treatment or device within the past 28 days
- People whose hepatitis B virus levels in the blood are too high at the screening stage (200 IU/ml or above)
- People whose hepatitis B surface protein levels in the blood are too high at the screening stage (10,000 IU/ml or above)
- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
