Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older, regardless of whether you are male or female
- You are scheduled for a planned (non-emergency) general surgery, ideally involving the liver or bile duct area
- You are expected to stay in the hospital for at least 4 days after your surgery in a specific unit (Unit 69 at HUFJD)
