- People with a very high body mass index (above 45)

- People who have had serious reactions or poor tolerance to medications in the past
- People with a current or past cancer diagnosis
- People with chronic alcohol dependence or mental health disorders
- People with other serious health conditions not listed above (confirm with trial site)
