  • You are currently taking hormonal medications, beta-blockers, steroids, or anti-inflammatory painkillers (such as ibuprofen)
  • You have taken any medications that could affect sleep or aging-related markers — such as melatonin, antidepressants, or anti-anxiety medications — in the past 3 months
  • You are planning to move or travel away from home for an extended period within the next 6 months, which could prevent you from completing the full trial
