- You have a serious illness that affects your body's inflammation levels or hormones, such as severe obesity, poorly controlled diabetes, or a history of heart attack or stroke
- You are currently taking hormonal medications, beta-blockers, steroids, or anti-inflammatory painkillers (such as ibuprofen)
- You have taken any medications that could affect sleep or aging-related markers — such as melatonin, antidepressants, or anti-anxiety medications — in the past 3 months
- You are planning to move or travel away from home for an extended period within the next 6 months, which could prevent you from completing the full trial
