Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older, of any gender
- People with an expected survival time of at least 3 months
- People with moderate-to-severe active rheumatoid arthritis that has not responded to standard treatments, or where no effective treatment options are available
- People whose liver, kidney, heart, and lung function meet the levels required by the trial
- People who do not have a severe psychiatric disorder
- People who have understood the trial and have signed a consent form agreeing to take part
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have been diagnosed with a cancer (other than a relapsed or treatment-resistant autoimmune disease) within the 5 years before screening
- People who test positive for certain viruses or syphilis
- People with serious heart disease or unstable conditions affecting major body systems
- People who have had an active or uncontrolled infection requiring treatment throughout the whole body within 7 days before receiving the study treatment, or who show signs of the disease affecting the central nervous system at the time of screening
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, women who plan to become pregnant within 2 years after receiving the cell treatment, or men whose partners plan to become pregnant within 2 years after the man receives the cell treatment
- People who have previously received CAR-T therapy or any other treatment involving gene-modified cells
- People who have taken part in another clinical trial within 1 month before screening
- People considered unsuitable for the trial for other reasons, as determined by the trial doctor (confirm with trial site)
