  • People with nerve or muscle diseases that affect the muscles used for breathing
  • People who have had surgery on their upper airway or chest within the past 3 months
  • People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
  • People who would be unable to complete the study's assessments due to cognitive difficulties or an inability to cooperate with testing
