  • People living with HIV who have missed a scheduled clinic appointment by more than 30 days and have not yet returned to care at the time of the sample being taken
  • People living with HIV who have come back to care after a period of being away and not taking HIV treatment, and who do not have a recent viral load (a blood test that measures the amount of HIV in the body) on record
