- People who are willing to learn information and skills to manage their own sleep difficulties

- People who agree to take part in the Sleep Course, the online therapy provided by PSPNET, and the related research study
Who may not be able to join:
- People who currently have a serious medical or mental health condition, such as recent or current mania or psychosis, a recent stay in hospital for mental health reasons, active thoughts of suicide, a medical condition that the person believes would get in the way of treatment, or severe problems with substance use
- People who are unable to read and understand English, as all course materials and staff communication are currently in English only
