Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults between 18 and 85 years old, of any gender
- People with a Body Mass Index (BMI) below 35 (a measure of body weight relative to height)

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a known or suspected condition — whether inherited, caused by a stored substance in the body, or another disease — that causes the heart muscle to thicken for a reason other than hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (examples include Noonan syndrome, Fabry disease, or amyloidosis)
- People who have a history of serious heart valve disease
- People whose blood test results during the screening process are found to be abnormal in a way that the research team considers unsuitable for participation
- People who have any physical or mental health condition that the research team believes could increase the risks of the trial, affect their ability to follow the study plan, or prevent them from completing the trial
