Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 to 68 years old
- People who have blockages in one or more heart arteries that are new (not previously treated), low to moderately complex, up to 30mm long, and in arteries of a certain size range (2.75–4.0mm wide)
- People with no more than 3 blocked areas in the heart that need treatment
- People where the total combined length of all blockages being treated does not exceed 80mm
- People who have signed a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are currently being treated for, or were treated in the last 48 hours for, a major type of heart attack called a STEMI
- People whose artery blockages involve heavy calcium deposits (severely calcified lesions)
- People whose blockages occur at a point where an artery splits into two branches, if the treatment plan requires two devices to be used
- People with a significant blockage (50% or more) in the main artery that supplies the left side of the heart
- People with more than 3 areas in the heart that need treatment
- People with reduced kidney function below a certain threshold (confirm with trial site)
- People whose life expectancy is less than one year
- People with a known allergy or sensitivity to aspirin or a class of blood-thinning medications called P2Y12 inhibitors
- People who are unable to provide written consent to participate
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who are under legal protection, guardianship, or supervised care arrangements
- People who are already participating in another clinical trial
