Who may be able to join
- Women between 18 and 70 years of age
- People whose breast cancer has been confirmed by laboratory testing of tissue samples to be HER2 positive
- People who have been diagnosed with stage II or stage III breast cancer

- People who have taken part in another drug clinical trial within the 4 weeks before joining this trial
- People who have had a major surgical procedure unrelated to breast cancer within the 4 weeks before starting the study drug, or who have not fully recovered from such a procedure
- People who have an active autoimmune disease, or a history of autoimmune disease that could come back
- People with serious or uncontrolled heart or brain blood vessel conditions
- People with known or suspected lung inflammation (a condition affecting the tissue of the lungs)
- People with active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or liver cirrhosis
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People with a known significant neurological or mental health condition, or any other condition the study doctor considers would make participation unsuitable
