Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be willing and able to sign a consent form before taking part in the study
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old at the time of your initial screening appointment
- (For Rheumatoid Arthritis patients) You have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, your condition is currently active, and previous standard treatments have not worked well enough for you
- (For Sjögren's Disease patients) You have been diagnosed with Sjögren's disease and your condition is currently active
Who may not be able to join:
- Your Body Mass Index (BMI — a measure of weight relative to height) is very low (17 or under) or very high (40 or over)
- You currently have a significant, ongoing, or recurring infection
- You are a sexually active male who is unwilling to use a condom during sex from the time you enroll in the study
- You are a woman who could become pregnant and are not using a highly effective form of contraception from the time of enrollment
- You are pregnant, currently breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
- Your kidneys, liver, or other organs are not functioning well enough at the time of screening (confirm with trial site)
- You have a history of certain blood cancers, any other cancer, or a history of cancer in the past
- You have previously had a bone marrow, stem cell, or solid organ transplant
- You have a psychiatric condition or disability that would make it difficult to follow the treatment plan or give informed consent
- There may be additional criteria not listed here that the trial team will check
