Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with chronic insomnia by a healthcare professional, or who are identified as having chronic insomnia through an assessment carried out by the trial's clinical team
- People aged 18 to 59 years old (inclusive)
- People with none, minimal, or mild symptoms of depression and/or anxiety, as measured by standard questionnaires or a clinical assessment carried out by the trial team
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have been diagnosed with a degenerative neurological condition, or any moderate or severe mental health disorder
- People who have been diagnosed with another sleep disorder, such as sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, or a sleep disorder related to the body's internal clock
- People who have been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment (a condition affecting thinking, memory, or understanding)
- People who are not able to understand and communicate in Romanian
- People who do not have access to the technology needed for online sessions, such as a laptop, microphone, or camera
