- People who have been diagnosed with a neurological disease that involves protein build-up in the brain, such as Alzheimer's disease and its variants, Parkinson's disease, Frontotemporal dementia, Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Tauopathies, or other related neurological conditions.
- People who have a caregiver who helps ensure they take their treatment as directed, and who may also be authorised to make medical decisions on their behalf if needed.

Who may not be able to join
Each point below is a reason the trial team may not be able to accept someone. It is not a list of requirements to meet.
- People who have seizures, epilepsy, depression, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, alcoholism, or drug addiction that is not currently under control.
- People who have metal implants in the head, not including metal dental implants.
- People who have high blood pressure that has not responded to blood pressure medications.
- People who have an implanted medication pump, unless a doctor has confirmed this is not a concern (confirm with trial site).
- People who have significant heart disease, as determined by a doctor.
