Who might be able to join this trial:

• People with serious heart problems that are not under control, such as significant heart failure, unstable chest pain, a heart attack within the past year, or certain irregular heart rhythms that require treatment
• Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
• People with active tuberculosis, a serious bacterial or fungal infection, HIV, active hepatitis B, or hepatitis C
• People with a history of drug misuse that they are unable to stop, or people with a mental health disorder
• People with an active autoimmune disease (where the body's immune system attacks itself), or a history of one — such as eye inflammation, gut inflammation, kidney inflammation, or thyroid problems (some exceptions may apply; confirm with trial site)
• People who have previously received an mRNA-based medicine or vaccine
• People who have previously taken part in a clinical trial involving lipid nanoparticles (a type of ingredient used in some vaccines and medicines)
• People for whom injections into the muscle are not suitable or are medically inadvisable
• People with a history of alcohol or drug misuse, or known medical, psychological, or social conditions related to substance abuse
• People with a known allergy or sensitivity to the study vaccine or any of its ingredients, or people who have had a severe allergic reaction to any drug, food, or vaccine in the past (such as anaphylaxis or severe swelling)
• Women who are planning to become pregnant, or men whose partner is planning to become pregnant, during the screening period or within 12 months after completing the full course of the study treatment
• People who, in the opinion of the trial doctor, have another serious illness that could put them at risk or make it difficult to complete the study
