Who may be able to join

- People whose liver and kidney function are within acceptable ranges based on blood test results
- People who are reasonably well and able to carry out daily activities, as measured by a standard health scale (ECOG score of 0–2, meaning fully active to capable of self-care)
- People who are willing and able to sign a written consent form

- People who are currently taking antipsychotic medications
- People who have a known allergy or sensitivity to ingredients used in the fasting-mimicking diet (FMD) used in this trial, such as soy protein, milk protein, or nuts
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
