Who may be able to join
- Women who have previously been treated for breast cancer
- People who have had persistent swelling (lasting more than 6 months) in the breast and/or the trunk area (such as the chest, back, or side), with that swelling confirmed at least six months after finishing radiotherapy
- People whose swelling has been measured and confirmed using a specific scoring tool called the BrEQ (a score of 9 or higher is required)

Who may not be able to join

- People who have a skin infection or open wound in the breast or trunk area at the time of joining, which would make it impossible to apply kinesio tape
- People under 18 years of age
- People who are not able to read and understand Dutch
- People who have had a mastectomy (full surgical removal of the breast)
- People whose breast cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic breast cancer)
