Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 20 and 40 years old
- You are any gender — both males and females have an equal chance of being selected
- You have been diagnosed by a qualified healthcare professional with myofascial pain syndrome (a condition involving muscle pain and tension), neck posture problems, limited neck movement due to muscle tightness, changes in head-neck alignment, pain in the neck or arm, and/or nerve-related pain running down the arm
- Your symptoms are mild to moderate in severity, as assessed by your healthcare provider
- You are willing and able to attend scheduled physiotherapy sessions and complete all required assessments
- You are able to provide written consent after being fully informed about the study
Who may not be able to join:
- You have serious health conditions that could affect your ability to take part or affect the study results, such as compression of the upper neck bones (C1/C2) or dizziness/vertigo (confirm with trial site)
- You have had surgery on your neck or head area in the past
- You are currently pregnant
- You have any medical reasons why certain physiotherapy treatments used in the study — such as dry needling or electrical therapy — would not be safe for you
- You are unable to attend scheduled physiotherapy sessions due to transport, timing, or other practical reasons
- You have significant memory, thinking, or communication difficulties that would make it hard to follow study instructions
- You are currently taking part in another research study that involves treatment for the same conditions being studied here
- You have been diagnosed with any form of cancer
- You have a history of injury, trauma, or broken bones in the head or neck area
