Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older at the time you arrive at the healthcare facility
- You have had a resting heart tracing test (ECG) that was flagged by a computer system called Viz HCM as possibly showing a heart condition called HCM (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy)
- You may qualify under one of five specific groups: you were recently diagnosed with HCM after the Viz system was put in place; or you were already diagnosed with HCM before the Viz system was introduced; or your ECG was flagged but you did not receive a full follow-up to confirm or rule out HCM; or the Viz system's alert for your ECG was later reviewed and marked as unlikely to be HCM; or the alert from the Viz system was not reviewed by the study staff during the enrollment period
- For the recently diagnosed group, you must agree to take part and sign a consent form before any of your information is collected
