Who may not be able to join
Each point below is a reason the trial team may not be able to accept someone. It is not a list of requirements to meet.
- People who have had an allergic reaction to drugs similar to a substance called TSPO, have a history of conditions involving repeated allergic reactions (atopy), or are currently experiencing an allergic disease.

- People who experience severe anxiety in enclosed spaces (claustrophobia) or who are unable to remain still for long scan procedures.
- People who are pregnant (confirmed by a positive urine pregnancy test) or who are currently breastfeeding.
- People whose general health condition means they are not suitable for imaging tests that involve a small amount of radioactive material.
- People who the trial researchers consider unsuitable for participation for any other reason (confirm with trial site).
