Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are an adult man or woman who is currently serving in the military or is a veteran, and you are seeking treatment for PTSD
- You have been diagnosed with PTSD
- You have had at least one mild traumatic brain injury (also called a concussion) at some point
- You are able to speak and read English
- If you are taking any medications for mental health, your dosage has been stable (not recently changed)

Who may not be able to join:
- You are currently receiving any kind of talk therapy or counselling
- You have severe hearing loss that would stop you from benefiting from therapy
- You are currently having serious thoughts of suicide
- You have been admitted to a psychiatric hospital within the last 12 months
- You have a moderate to severe problem with alcohol or drug use that would prevent you from benefiting from therapy
- You are currently experiencing a manic episode or symptoms of psychosis that need immediate treatment
- You have significant problems with memory, thinking, or concentration
- You have moderate to severe brain damage
- You have a neurological condition affecting the brain or nervous system (confirm with trial site)
- You have a jaw joint disorder (TMJ) or Ménière's disease that causes you acute pain
