Who may be able to join
- Adults between 18 and 75 years old.
- Healthy male volunteers who weigh at least 50 kg, or healthy female volunteers who weigh at least 45 kg, with a body mass index (BMI) between 19.0 and 28.0 kg/m².
- People who have been clinically diagnosed with a cognitive disorder such as Alzheimer's disease or mild cognitive impairment (MCI), where symptoms may include memory problems, difficulty concentrating, slowed thinking, or poor language skills.
- People whose memory, attention, thinking, or language abilities have been found to be below normal levels on neuropsychological tests.
- People whose blood or cerebrospinal fluid tests show elevated levels of certain proteins linked to cognitive decline (beta-amyloid 1-42, beta-amyloid 1-40, and phosphorylated tau protein).
- People whose cognitive symptoms have been assessed and other possible causes — such as drug or substance use or environmental factors — have been ruled out.
- People who have signed an informed consent form agreeing to undergo PET/MR or PET/CT brain imaging scans and to take part in this study voluntarily.
Who may not be able to join

- People diagnosed with any other serious illness.
- People with a history of alcohol or drug misuse or dependence.
- People with a history of heart or cardiovascular disease, tumours, blood disorders, or chronic conditions that are not well controlled.
- People who have a medical reason that prevents them from having a PET/MR scan (confirm with trial site).
- People with a history of head injury or brain surgery.
- People with a history of other neurological conditions.
