Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You weigh at least 40 kg (about 88 pounds)
  • You have been diagnosed with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (a long-term sinus condition where growths develop inside the nose)
  • You have nasal polyps in both nostrils, with scores meeting a minimum level of severity as measured by your doctor at two separate visits

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have other health conditions that could affect how nasal polyp treatment results are measured
  • You have other health conditions (apart from asthma) that could affect the level of certain white blood cells in your blood
  • You have a weakened immune system
  • You have a condition that means a camera examination inside your nose would not be safe or suitable for you
  • You have high blood pressure or diabetes that is not well controlled
  • You have had an active infection in the 4 weeks before joining the trial
  • You have had uncontrolled nosebleeds in the 4 weeks before joining the trial
  • You have had major surgery in the 3 months before joining, have surgery planned during the study, or are receiving treatments that could affect the study results
  • You have had a parasitic infection in the 6 months before joining the trial
  • You have had sinus or nasal surgery in the 6 months before your screening visit, or that surgery has changed your nasal structure in a way that makes assessment impossible
  • You have been diagnosed with cancer in the past 5 years (except certain low-risk types — confirm with trial site)
  • You have abnormal results from blood or other lab tests at your screening or baseline visits
  • You currently have active hepatitis B, or test positive for hepatitis C, HIV, or syphilis antibodies
  • You have an abnormal heart rhythm or electrical signal on a heart tracing (ECG) that could pose a safety risk
  • Your lung function (a specific breathing test result) is below 50% of the expected level at screening
  • You have received a blood transfusion or immunoglobulin treatment in the 4 weeks before joining
  • You have used steroid tablets/pills or additional steroid nasal sprays in the 4 weeks before joining, or plan to use them during the study
  • You regularly use nasal or oral decongestant medicines in the 4 weeks before joining (other than during a camera nose examination)
  • You have received a live or viral vector vaccine in the 4 weeks before joining
  • You have had allergy immunotherapy (allergy shots or similar treatment) in the 8 weeks before joining
  • You are currently smoking, or you stopped smoking less than 6 months before your screening visit
  • You have misused substances, drugs, or alcohol excessively in the year before joining
  • You are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a positive pregnancy test at screening or baseline, or plan to become pregnant during the study
