Who may be able to join
- Men and women (who are not pregnant or breastfeeding) between 40 and 65 years old who are generally in good health

- People who have had a serious illness, surgery, or taken part in another drug study within the last 30 days
- People who have received a treatment targeting amyloid-beta or tau proteins (related to dementia research) within the past year
- People currently taking medicines that suppress the immune system or long-term blood-thinning medications
- People with a history of severe reactions to vaccines, autoimmune disease, or serious allergies
