  • You have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or a substance use disorder, or you are currently having thoughts of suicide.
  • You are currently taking medications that could affect brain activity readings or thinking and memory.
  • You have severe insomnia.
  • You have severe sleep apnea that is not being treated.
  • You are currently pregnant.
  • You are planning to travel to a different time zone during the study period.
