Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older and have a confirmed HIV diagnosis

- You have previously had a liver transplant
- Scans or a biopsy suggest you have advanced liver scarring (cirrhosis) or high blood pressure in the liver
- Certain liver-related blood test results changed significantly between two early study visits (confirm with trial site)
- You are unable to have an MRI scan (for example, due to a pacemaker or severe claustrophobia)
- You have poorly controlled type 2 diabetes, based on a specific blood test result (HbA1c above 9.5%)
