Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with a solid tumour that has a specific protein on it called GPC3.
- You are able to carry out at least some daily activities independently, as measured by a standard performance score (confirm with trial site).

- You have had a serious allergic reaction to certain laboratory-made products containing mouse proteins, or you have developed antibodies against mouse proteins from a previous treatment.
- You have previously had an organ transplant.
- You are known to be HIV positive.
- You have an active autoimmune or inflammatory condition (a condition where your immune system attacks your own body).
- You have received a live vaccine within the 30 days before joining the trial.
- You currently have an active bacterial, fungal, or viral infection (note: Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C infections may not automatically exclude you — confirm with trial site).
- You are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
- You have an infection that is not under control.
- You are taking regular steroid medication at or above a certain dose, unless it is stopped or reduced at least 24 hours before treatment (confirm with trial site for exact details).
- You have a serious heart condition, such as severe heart failure, unstable chest pain, a serious irregular heartbeat, a heart attack within the past 6 months, or a history of heart muscle inflammation.
