Who may be able to join
- People who have been diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) or mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's Disease, confirmed by specific clinical assessment scores and a brain scan showing the presence of amyloid protein deposits.

- People with diabetes or high blood pressure that is not well controlled.
- People who have had unstable chest pain (angina), a heart attack, advanced heart failure, or significant heart rhythm problems within the past year.
- People currently receiving active cancer treatment such as chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or radiation therapy — though people on ongoing maintenance therapy for a cancer that is in remission (such as anti-estrogen therapy for breast cancer) may not be excluded (confirm with trial site).
- People with immune system conditions that require ongoing treatment with immunosuppressant drugs, immunoglobulin therapy, monoclonal antibodies, or plasma exchange procedures.
- People who are breastfeeding, or women who could become pregnant and are not using a highly effective form of contraception.
- People with a history of severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis, or known sensitivity to any inactive ingredients used in the trial treatment.
